We are seeking a Value Creation Analyst/Associate who will play a critical role in driving business growth through product development, marketing strategy, and business efficiency. This position combines business model development and analysis with strategic recommendations to optimize value creation across the organization. The successful candidate will work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and closely with other senior management and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and increasing market share.


Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:

· Conduct in-depth analyses of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact value creation.
· Prepare detailed reports illustrating data graphically while translating complex processes and trends into actionable insights.
· Develop and implement comprehensive financial models to analyze cash flows, business model development, ROI, products, channels, and markets
· Distill multiple forms and sources of data to clearly and concisely communicate business levers, emphasizing value drivers and strategic opportunities.
Business Operations:
· Collaborate with stakeholders across business units (e.g., business intelligence sales, marketing, accounting, IT, reporting) to develop analyses and documentation that support strategic initiatives.
· Evaluate and communicate systems requirements and maintain systems processes, including delivering monthly status reports to all appropriate stakeholders.
· Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot business challenges.
· Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion, identifying specific opportunities to enhance revenue and market share.

Strategic Development:

· Assist in the identification, assessment, and prioritization of strategic initiatives that align with the company's value creation goals, focusing on product development and marketing strategy.
· Support the development of business cases for proposed projects, outlining expected ROI and strategic alignment.
· Collaborate with project teams to monitor implementation progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Industry Research:
· Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends that impact product development and marketing strategies.
· Develop detailed industry materials, including market size, growth prospects, demand drivers, and key competitors to inform decision-making.
Reporting and Documentation:

· Author and update internal and external documentation; formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
· Create intuitive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand business performance and areas for improvement.
· Organize presentations or reports, clearly presenting findings and recommendations to executive teams or key stakeholders.
· Measure and summarize complex data to develop strategies and define business metrics for tracking and performance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
· Working knowledge of data mining principles, statistical modeling and visualization techniques, and financial analysis.
· Experience with financial modeling, business case development, and familiarity with Tableau, Google Analytics, and MS Office (especially Excel).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
· Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
· Robust understanding of office equipment and Windows Operating Systems.
