This role will be pivotal in driving data-informed decisions across the organization by delivering actionable insights, designing scalable reports, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical analytics skills with the ability to translate complex data into business value — all while supporting our mission to protect and empower our members.

US LawShield is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our data and analytics team. This role will be pivotal in driving data-informed decisions across the organization by delivering actionable insights, designing scalable reports, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical analytics skills with the ability to translate complex data into business value — all while supporting our mission to protect and empower our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Analyze trends in member behavior, claims data, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver reporting solutions
- Translate data into meaningful business insights and strategic recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards and governance policies
- Mentor junior analysts and help shape best practices within the analytics team
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced skills in SQL and data wrangling
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Looker Studio
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with statistical tools (Python a plus)
- Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities
- Bonus: Experience in legal services, insurance, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with CRM and subscription management systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams on product or operational analytics
- A desire to take ownership of end-to-end analytics projects
